At least it isn’t the lion again. I still can’t get over the fact that they felt they had to give instructions for how to work a jigsaw puzzle. I guess they had to put something on the other side of the paper, but why not some fun zebra facts or something?
Also it turns out the cut lines are almost the same as the other puzzle, but just off enough to make combining them a hassle.
I love it when a plan comes together!Glad you’re back from ComiCon.
On a more serious note, the puzzles do the thing I find most neat about egg-toys (that they’re larger than would seem to fit in the egg) in a way so lazy that it just pisses me off. It’s not really novel to have a puzzle be larger than the thing it’s in… but a toy car/helicopter/boat, hell… even a weird diorama… that’s cool.
If your concern is the right mental development of your child you should consider his toys. According to studies toys affect how a child think, so it is better to give them an educational toys such as puzzles, building blocks and construction toys. This will ensure enjoyment as well as learning as you play along.
