So, since I said I’d actually drop some content on you guys when I moved this page over to WordPress, I decided to give you a little photo tour of a spooooky graaaaveyaaaard I made in Minecraft. It’s after the page break.
If you click one of the pictures, it should pop up a gallery in the proper size.
The texture pack I use is Painterly, which is a little daunting at first because of the vast number of options. It’s worth it, though. The art is great, and the degree of customization is incredible.
Actually, I think I can give you a password that lets you just take all the same settings I use — that’ll make things a lot easier for you, if you’re interested in checking it out.
Yeah, there we go. Hit the Share button on the Painterly site, and it’ll give you a space to copy-paste that giant alphanumeric string into, and then you’re ready to go.
And, y’know, if you’re not someone who cares about minecraft texture packs, I hope you liked the pictures at least.
That looks pretty sweet. I haven’t played in a while, but just this morning I had some ideas for a game map that I’m sure will engross me for far too long
