I came over all thirsty for orange soda while working on The Overambitious Video Game Cross-Stitch Project, so this is just a quick review so I can get back to that.
This is Olde Brooklyn Flatbush Orange Soda. I don’t know what a flatbush orange is. Something genetically engineered so that the fruit-pickers wouldn’t need ladders, I imagine.
The label looks painted, but don’t be fooled — it’s a transparent sticker. Ingredients consists of fructose and chemicals.
Tastes… kind of old-fashioned, actually. If you figure “vaguely dusty and musty” to be indicative of old-fashionedness. It’s like licking an orange lollipop you found in the darkest part of a university library.
It’s okay. Acceptable.
