I have just realized that an excellent use of this blog is to post all my favorite videos in one place, so I can watch them over and over and over without having to — gasp — navigate to other webpages.

This was directed by Jhonen Vasquez, of Johnny the Homicidal Maniac and SQUEE fame. Could you tell?

It is very hard to find a copy of it that is not:

• censored
• out of sync
• overexposed
• obscured by a gigantic-ass ManiacTV logo
• artifact-ridden and choppy
• the craptastic chopped-up version where hunks of the footage are replaced by shots of the band which I don’t give a rat’s ass about what the fuck is wrong with you people? You don’t do that to a video like this
• some or all of the above

This copy is a pretty good one, as they go. I love that puppet.

I’m also curious as to where in hell they found that guy. He’s absolutely perfect. Doesn’t he look just like a young Richard O’Brien?
